Password FaceBook, Being Working Conditions Apply
Maryland – Some companies started to probe the prospective employees’ Facebook profiles, for mengulik background and their properties. But whether it can be justified if it reached the point, the password must be delivered up?
The controversy took place in the United States. A prospective employee is required to submit a password faceboook at his workplace. Applicants named Robert Collins was not received and complained to the agency the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) for help.
The ACLU also responsive and sent a protest letter to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services, where Collins applying for work. They call up the password policy surrender is frightening and illegal invasion of the privacy of applicants.
Collins deserved furious, because he is actually the old worker in the department. Absent for 4 months due to illness, he was required to re-apply for one of the conditions, must give up the password and username.
